It is used for group lockout procedures involving multiple padlocks. It is made of zinc-plated steel for strength and resistance to corrosion. It has hinge latching for easy installation and has a 1 x 2.4" jaw clearance for attaching to the power source. This padlock hasp accommodates up to five padlocks.Lockout/tagout (LOTO) devices use color, warning labels or tags, and sometimes a physical barrier to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair.
