The EX820A clamp meter features a unique, built-in, non-contact infrared thermometer with laser pointer to monitor temperature and locate hot spots on motors and electrical devices. A large 6000 count LCD display with bright back lighting allows you to easily see readings in dim light. Its ergonomically designed double-molded housing offers a better grip for one-handed operation and the 43 mm (1.7 in) diameter jaw opening is large enough for conductors up to 750 MCM or two 500 MCM. With 1000 A True RMS measurements and a CAT IV-600 V safety rating, the EX820A is ideal for electricians, electrical contractors, and plant maintenance professionals.
