BUARFE signature ham stand with its own design and manufacturing in Murcia (Spain), created to meet all the requirements needed for professionals in the industry. Base made of polyethylene PE-500 black with large dimensions to give great stability, new stainless steel AISI-304 which enhances and protagonism to the ham, designed symmetrical to customize the taste of each user to place the levers on the right of the stand or to the left, accompanied by the top head and lower grape in PE 500 black. The parts closest to the ham are made of polyethylene PE-500 black to save the edge of the knives. Reduced cutting height by 4 cm. the ideal cutting height for working in comfort. Flip top head with larger diameter swivel cap that allows us to flip the ham without having to release the paw, includes right/left motion to correct any bad formation of the ham leg and with spikes inside the swivel cap, which allows us to firmly hold the ham leg while the centre for its later turn. Bottom grape designed to not damage the ham, offering a great hold without the use of spikes, with articulated arm that allows us to reduce the clamping distance, ideal for cutting pallets. The articulated arm of the lower grape due to the large multitude of movements it has, allows us to make the third cut without having to swing the stand.
